Hi! I’m Jersey, the founder of Alder Nanny Co. I’ve been a nanny for 10 years, and over that time, I’ve learned firsthand the challenges families face when trying to find the right caregiver—and the challenges nannies face when working with agencies that take large portions of their paychecks. 

I started Alder Nanny Co to change that. My goal is simple: connect families with exceptional, loving nannies in a way that’s fair, transparent, and stress-free for everyone.

What sets us apart is personal attention and honesty. Unlike large agencies, we don’t take a cut of the nanny’s paycheck. Families pay a one-time recruitment fee directly, which ensures that your nanny is fully compensated for their time and care. 

My small team and I handle the recruiting, screening, and matching, so you can focus on welcoming your new nanny into your home without worrying about the process.
